Community Services
The Community Services program is dedicated to improving the overall condition of life in local communities, by providing essential programs to assist low-income individuals and families.
Helping our clients become more economically independent and self-sufficient is the primary goal of Community Services.
Services vary from county to county but include nutrition assistance, a broad range of housing services, and employment assistance as well.
The Trehab FSA Program was developed to assist lower and middle income Pennsylvanians to achieve self sufficiency through asset building by contributing to a savings account weekly or monthly for a minimum of one year to maximum of two years, the client can receive 100% match for your money up to $1000 per year for goals of education, home ownership, home repair, small business startup, or car ownership.
